I would like to take this opportunity to recommend Coach Marc Murray who is a Professional Life Coach and Athletic Trainer. Coach Murray has great knowledge of body mechanics, muscle function and is capable of determining the individual abilities of his student athletes. His pleasant and positive attitude is a great asset to his willingness to work with his students at their own levels.
Coach Murray has instilled confidence in my son Sam over the past year customizing motivational strategies and elite athletic performance training. Additionally, Marc is quite knowledgeable and familiar with basic care and management of various types of sports and other athletic injuries.
With Coach Murray’s guidance, Sam continues to excel at both track and cross-country. We look forward to watching Sam blow past his goals over the next couple of years. With that said, I can recommend Coach Marc Murray highly without any reservations.

Coach Murray has helped me get stronger and faster.  He has taught me many drills that I can use on my own.  I believe that I have seen great advances in my athletic ability and I am more explosive getting out of the batter’s box.  He has taught me to run with better form and my overall balance and footwork has improved.

Coach Murray’s progressive training techniques and continuous feedback has had a great impact in my daughter’s improved performance on the softball field.  He tailored a program for her based on her strengths/weaknesses and desires.  Coach understands what college coaches look for and expect in prospective athletes.

“Training with Marc Murray has helped me to reach my potential as a soccer player. He has aided me in becoming stronger, faster, mentally tougher, and more explosive. His sessions are always tough and always push me to be my best. When I start soccer in the spring for the University of Miami, I know that I will be prepared and ready to make an impact.”

Thank you for all your fantastic training Coach Marc!!

I started training with Marc after I had several stress fractures that kept me from playing my best soccer game. Each time I suffered an injury I had to spend several months recovering not only from the injury, but I also had to work had to improve my conditioning. I spent two soccer seasons in a horrible cycle of injuries.  Marc immediately studied my running form and realized that my form was incorrect.  He spent many months working to correct my running form and we continue to improve it even to today.  I have been training with Marc now for a couple years, and, not only has he improved my running form, but he has also created a program for me to prevent injuries and to enhance my conditioning and agility.  Over the last two years, I have had several soccer college coaches tell me that I have improved tremendously as a player and that is due in part to injury prevention and the strength, conditioning and agility training that Marc has provided to me. I have excelled as a soccer player making some of the most elite teams and clubs, from being selected for the Olympic Development All Star Team that will travel to England to play England's National Team to being recruited by some of the top Women's Soccer programs in the country. Thank you, Marc for helping me to excel at my sport and achieving my dreams.

“After my freshman year at Clemson I had to reassess my off season training regimen for the summer and get in better shape so I could make a greater contribution to my team. I decided to train with Marc. The results were great! He helped me improve my overall fitness level including running form, lower body strength and my mentality. Now I feel ready for anything. When my sophomore season ended my head coach and our strength coach at Clemson gave me high marks on my much improved fitness level.“

I first began plyometric training with Coach Murray in middle school to help improve my speed and agility for playing volleyball. Following this training, I began to receive a lot of comments and compliments on my vertical jump from spectators… I went on to play varsity volleyball and also compete at the Division II collegiate level.
We continued doing speed and agility training during my college years, and I always felt I was ahead of the game because of my prior training whether it was come drills, resistance bands, or on the ladder.  Since volleyball involves so many reaction movements, as well as explosive movements from side to side, this training is crucial!!!
Today I am a volleyball coach to a team 12 year old girls and for a high school team and I continue to emphasize the importance of plyometric training. The younger the player can start plyometric training the better as their muscles begin to grow and develop muscle memory. I wish I had started sooner!!

After observing Marc Murray conduct fitness sessions in Summer Basketball Camp, I was so impressed that I asked him to put together a conditioning program for my varsity

basketball team. His knowledge and ability to incorporate free weights, plyometrics and endurance training not increased my team’s athletic performance but set the stage for the upcoming season. Marc has a unique ability to motivate and inspire the student athlete to reach higher levels mentally and physically during training sessions.

I can confidently say I would not be where I am today without Marc Murray. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, but he really knows how to bring out the best in someone. I saw noticeable changes within the first two weeks of training with Marc.

I am now a freshman at USF playing women’s soccer and I am excelling in fitness and weightlifting. Marc Murray got me in incredible shape in only the short time of about two and a half months. He pushed me to be the best I can possibly be physically and mentally each and every time I trained with him. I would recommend Coach Marc Murray to any serious athlete aspiring to be their possible best. He helped me to achieve things I thought I could never do and I am very eager to begin training with him again when I return home for breaks and summer!

Marc,

I want to express my appreciation for the last 5 months of training.  There is NO DOUBT that I have had noticeable fitness and tennis gains.  As you know, I have worked out for many years - mostly free weights.  We have worked on balance, flexibility, and strength - everything that I had never focused on.  I have had even more gains than I ever expected - that is why I continue to train. I have also had noticeable gains in areas that I never concentrated on before.  As a 43 year old, you question if you can return to "previous" 20 year old form.  Well I answered my own question.    The only thing I change in my regime is working out with you.

At 43 I am in better shape than even in my 20's and I never felt more energized.   I look forward to continuing my training with you and even making greater strides in 2014.  I know so many people can benefit from your training from both a physical standpoint, as well as a more positive, energized outlook about

life.

Thanks for all your focus and time,

I am 15 years old going into sophomore year and play baseball. I used to be known as one of the slowest kids on field running a 9 second 60-yard dash. In the past I’ve had Achilles problems going through a lot of therapy and training. My legs were also very weak. In my 6th grade year i had surgery. Last summer I decided to work with Marc all summer. My running form was incredible and I was twice as fast running under a 7 second 60-yard dash after one summer with Marc. I am a pitcher in baseball with a couple big SEC and ACC schooled interested in me. With Marc's wise words and skilled training lessons, I felt inspired to be able to do anything with my sporting career and make it possible. Slowly but surely it is. To this day I still work with Murray.

I can honestly say that if it weren’t for Coach Marc I would still be a lanky, uncoordinated kid. Coming up in May, it will be 2 years since I have been coming to Coach Marc and putting in countless hours at his training sessions. Just by going to him after a couple of weeks you will see changes in your body. I came to coach Marc my sophomore year weighing 120lbs and not committed to a college. He pushed me and challenged me each training session for the next year and a half! About 9 months ago I verbally committed to play Division 1 Women's Soccer at Florida Atlantic University. If it were not for him and my parents, I would not be where I am today. I now weigh 135lbs (all muscle of course!). It is exciting knowing by going to his personal training sessions I am improving myself mentally and physically each day! Not only does he train athletes but he also is a motivational life coach! Coach Marc's training sessions are not like other facilities where you do the same thing every other day. There is always something new to learn each day. I will continue to train with Coach Marc year after year, even in my offseason during college.

After training with Coach Marc I got a lot stronger mentally and physically. I also feel the most fit I’ve ever been before and faster definitely. I see what you meant by bursting out quickly and getting a lot of power, I definitely feel that now! Without your training sessions, I don’t think I would be doing nearly as well as I am now playing college soccer.

Thanks so much!

We truly appreciate all of your efforts in preparing our daughter for the challenges she’d face as a college athlete. You do not only prepared her physically, by improving her speed stamina, strength and explosiveness, but you also focused on the mental toughness needed for an athlete training to advance to the next level. Most impressive is how you created a bond with her and forced her to acknowledge and address her weaknesses while committing to improve them through a variety of your training tools. We appreciate that you continue to support and encourage her during her transition and first season.

Two children one in high school and the other in middle school both play travel soccer and aspired to achieve a academia and sports scholarship to play soccer in college. So as a parent we sought the assistance of Marc Murray to work/train with each child. But we received far more than what we signed up for… a coach, a trainer and a mentor. Marc was able to assess each child's strengths and weaknesses, correct postures and form by strengthening weaker muscles, not only physically but mentally challenge one to continue training when the mind is telling you to give up and at the same time honor each child's original goals.

A parent gratifying moment is when they can see change. Well for us I can honestly say that it was only a few training in and each child (girl & boy) had made a connection with Marc. You saw a twinkle in their eye… and a glimpse of were saw them achieving and they themselves. Ah…instant gratification. The reward was actually watching our kids play their 1st soccer game after an 8 week session with Marc and seeing the results. What a change. We thank you Marc for your professionalism, expertise and going above and beyond. Our kids look forward to their next session.

Marc’s coaching helped me get into a positive mindset during my lacrosse season. Instead of getting down on myself so often, he helped me discover the value of honoring myself especially after recognizing how my club team honors me. His coaching strategies gave me insight on how to conduct my own self-coaching in the future when facing those challenging times that are not just a walk in the park.

Training with Coach Marc over the summer was by far the best experience and decision I could have made. Coach Marc prepared me both physically and mentally for the demands of college soccer knowing that I was working towards playing at Palm Beach Atlantic University. He always told me there was more in me, even when I thought there wasn’t. He always brought me to a physical and mental level that I never thought possible in every training session I had with him. Within the first couple weeks, I saw noticeable changes in my strength and endurance. I honestly thought that I was “fit” before training began, but Marc taught me a whole new definition. I recommend training with Coach Marc to any athlete pursuing a higher level in their athletics.
